Qualifications

• 6 months experience in bakery production or supervising a team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must successfully complete all required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Bakery department team to meet business goals and maintain quality.
• Maintain knowledge of product specifications, production and safety standards.
• Use handheld technology to plan for production, plan staffing and monitor inventory.
• Drive customer service and partner with other leaders to meet store objectives.
• Train and develop team members, ensuring adherence to policies.
