• Provide fresh, correctly portioned products and manage inventory.
• Recommend deli/bakery items to meet customer needs.
• Operate bakery equipment per guidelines.
• Prepare foods following temperature logs and recipes.
• Measure and mix ingredients with kitchen tools.
• Label, stock and inventory department merchandise.
• Monitor product quality and sell-by dates.
• Use kitchen equipment safely (refrigerators, ovens, slicers).
• Maintain temperature logs and ensure proper case temps.
