Job summary

You will translate plant activity into timely financial information to support decisions and improve plant performance, partnering with plant leadership and Corporate Accounting.

The role involves leading costing updates, maintaining BOMs and routings, and ensuring internal controls across two locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• Strong cost accounting and financial analysis skills needed.
• Experience with ERP costing and inventory modules.
• Ability to explain cost results clearly to non-finance staff.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain standard costs for finished goods and intermediates.
• Lead annual standard cost updates and mid-year revaluations.
• Support month-end close and physical inventory processes.
• Analyze variances and publish monthly plant P&L with commentary.
• Support budgeting and margin analysis for pricing decisions.
