Qualifications

• Able to follow directions and ask questions when uncertain.
• Ability to stay organized and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Work with the plant manager and production manager for daily production schedule changes.
• Learn and understand the total product model and recommend schedule changes.
• Be flexible, moving between tasks with limited supervision.
• Communicate effectively with team, plant managers from other bakeries, and leaders.
• Utilize Sage ERP to schedule, change, build purchase requisitions, and request products.
