Lewis Bakeries, Inc. is seeking a Senior Cost Accountant to lead product costing, inventory valuation, and variance analysis for the Murfreesboro bakery plants. The role partners with plant leadership and Corporate Accounting to maintain reliable cost data and improve work order reconciliation and production metrics.

The position is on-site in Murfreesboro, TN, with travel to a second location. It requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and at least three years in manufacturing

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Minimum three years of manufacturing accounting or finance experience.
• Experience with ERP costing and inventory modules.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain standard costs for finished goods and intermediates (materials, packaging, labor, overhead).
• Own bills of materials, routings, work centers and labor/overhead rates in the ERP.
• Lead annual standard cost updates and mid-year revaluations for major changes.
• Prepare cost estimates for new products and assist with corporate cost analysis/reporting.
• Support monthly close and variance analysis with plant leadership.
