Job Details: Job Location: Lewis Brothers Bakeries Incorporated of Tennessee - Murfreesboro, TN 37129, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: High School, Travel Percentage: None, Job Shift: 1st, Job Category: Admin - Clerical, The operations Clerk will work directly with the plant manager and the plant leadership team to provide plant support for operations and human resources to complete tasks assigned to them daily and on as needed request. This position works with direction and focuses on assigned tasks while having the ability to work in an independent manner. The role is fast-paced and requires the person to be flexible in the ability to function at a high level, checking work for errors and being the face of our local facility to other plants and leaders in the network.

Daily Task

• Work with the plant manager and production manager for daily production schedule changes to be made
• Learn and understand the total product model of the bakery and be able to recommend changes regarding schedule.
• Be flexible in the role and able to move from one task to the next with little supervision.
• Communicate effectively with everyone on the team, plant managers from other bakeries and leaders within Lewis Bakery.
• Work in ERP(Sage) system effectively to schedule, change, build purchase requisitions, and request products from other bakeries.
• Supporting Human Resources as needed in both daily tasks and tasks as requested.
• Must have the ability to learn other functions within the department to provide support as needed.
