Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a Bakery Clerk to prepare and package all baked goods while delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced setting.

You will assist the Bakery Manager with pricing, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, safe bakery area. This role requires 18+ years old, 1–2 years bakery experience (or equivalent), flexible scheduling including nights and weekends, and the ability to lift and stand for long periods.

Competenze

• Be at least 18 years of age with a High school diploma or equivalent; with 1-2 years Bakery experience; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
• Be dependable and reliable with the ability to work flexible schedule that changes; including night, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing and friendly behavior, positive attitude and ability to interact with customers.
• Good communication skills; ability to take direction and work in a team environment.
• Able to answer phones and take special orders.
• Perform general housekeeping; clean and sanitize work area.
• Operate knives, scales, wrappers, compactors, garbage disposals, pallet jacks, and hand trucks; weigh and label products.
• Stand for up to 3 hours continuously; lift up to 40 lbs; many hours of standing and moving.
• Adhere to safety regulations and obtain a Food Handlers permit.

Mansioni

• Prepare and package all baked goods.
• Assist Bakery Manager in preparing, baking, packaging, pricing, and merchandising baked goods.
• Provide high level of customer service and ensure products are properly prepared and presented.
• Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary bakery area and equipment.
• Stock, fill, face, and ensure pricing accuracy; rotate products and discard outdated items.
• Receive, inspect, and log products for shipment quality and temperature.
