Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a Bakery Clerk to prepare and package baked goods, assist with pricing and merchandising, and maintain a clean, safe bakery area. You will help deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires 18+ with bakery experience or an equivalent mix of education and experience, and a friendly, team-focused attitude to interact with customers.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a High school diploma or equivalent; with 1-2 years Bakery experience; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
• Be dependable and reliable having the ability to work flexible schedule that changes; including night, weekends, and holidays.
• Have and show an outgoing and friendly behavior, have a positive attitude and the ability to interact with our customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Bakery Manager in preparing, baking, packaging, pricing, and merchandising all baked goods.
• Provide a high level of customer service and ensure bakery items are properly prepared, packaged, and presented.
