Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Bakery Clerk to join our bakery team in a fast-paced store environment. You will assist in preparing, baking, packaging, and merchandising baked goods while delivering outstanding customer service.

Requirements include 1–2 years of bakery experience or equivalent, a high school diploma, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. You will help maintain cleanliness and proper product presentation throughout the bakery area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1–2 years bakery experience.
• Able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Good communication and ability to work in a team.
• Friendly attitude and strong customer service.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bakery Manager with preparing, baking, packaging, pricing, and merchandising.
• Provide high level of customer service and present bakery items neatly.
• Maintain clean and sanitary bakery area and equipment.
• Stock, fill, face, and ensure pricing accuracy; rotate products.
• Receive and inspect shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Handle special orders and respond to customer requests.
