Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a Bakery Clerk to prepare and package baked goods while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced grocery environment. You will assist in baking, stock bakery items, and ensure pricing accuracy, rotation, and product quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years bakery experience preferred.
• Be dependable with ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have outgoing, friendly behavior and strong customer interaction skills.
• Good communication and ability to take direction in a team environment.
• Ability to answer phones and take special orders.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bakery Manager in preparing, baking, packaging, pricing, and merchandising all baked goods.
• Provide high level of customer service and ensure items are prepared, packaged, and presented neatly.
• Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary bakery area and equipment; clean shelves and floors.
• Stock, fill, face, and ensure pricing accuracy; rotate products and discard outdated items.
• Receive, inspect, and log products for shipment accuracy, temperature, and quality.
