Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a HS diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years bakery experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with strong customer interaction skills.
• Good communication and ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to answer phones and take special orders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake, package and merchandise baked goods.
• Assist Bakery Manager with prep, pricing and presentation.
• Maintain clean, safe bakery area and equipment.
• Stock, rotate and ensure pricing accuracy of bakery items.
• Receive, inspect and log incoming product shipments.
