Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Bakery Clerk in Tucker, GA to prepare, bake, and package baked goods while delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, friendly setting.

You will assist in daily bakery operations, ensure product quality and presentation, maintain a clean workspace, handle stock and pricing, and support customers with orders and questions. Prior bakery experience and a flexible schedule are a plus.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
• Be dependable with ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrate outgoing, friendly behavior and positive attitude with customers.
• Good communication skills and ability to take direction in a team environment.
• Able to answer phones and take special orders.
• Maintain clean, safe bakery area and equipment; follow safety and health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bakery Manager in preparing, baking, packaging, pricing, and merchandising all baked goods.
• Provide high level of customer service and ensure products are properly prepared and presented.
• Keep bakery area clean, sanitary, and organized, including shelves, floors, and equipment.
• Stock, fill, price, and rotate baked goods; discard outdated items.
• Receive, inspect, and log shipments for accuracy, temperature, and quality.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to team success.
