Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years bakery experience preferred.
• Dependable with ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with strong communication and teamwork.
• Ability to take direction, answer phones, and handle special orders.
• Must maintain clean, sanitary bakery area and follow safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bakery Manager in preparing, baking, packaging, pricing, and merchandising baked goods.
• Provide high level of customer service and ensure products are prepared, packaged, and presented cleanly.
• Maintain a clean, safe bakery area and equipment; clean shelves, floors, and related surfaces.
• Stock, fill, face, and ensure pricing accuracy; rotate products and discard spoiled items.
• Receive and log shipments; inspect for temperature and quality.
