Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Bakery Clerk to support daily bakery operations in a fast-paced environment. You will bake, package, price and merchandise products while delivering excellent customer service in a friendly store setting.

The role requires relying on teamwork, strong communication, and a positive attitude to help customers choose healthy options. Training and growth opportunities are available in a customer-first culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years Bakery experience or an acceptable education/experience mix.
• Must be dependable with the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to interact with customers in a friendly, helpful manner and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Bakery Manager with preparing, baking, packaging and merchandising baked goods.
• Provide high level customer service and ensure items are properly prepared and presented; keep the bakery area clean.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of bakery equipment and floors; stock and rotate products as needed.
