Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 with a HS diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of bakery experience.
• Dependable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly, positive attitude and strong communication with customers.
• Ability to take direction and work in a team environment.
• Ability to answer phones and take special orders.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work area and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bakery Manager in preparing, baking, packaging, pricing, and merchandising baked goods.
• Provide high level customer service; ensure items are prepared, packaged, and presented cleanly.
• Maintain clean, safe bakery area and equipment; sweep, sanitize, and organize.
• Stock, fill, face, and ensure pricing accuracy; manage rotation and discard outdated items.
• Receive, inspect, log shipments for accuracy, temperature, and quality.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a friendly team culture.
