Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a Bakery Clerk to prepare and package all baked goods with a strong focus on customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role supports the Bakery Manager in pricing, merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness while handling deliveries and high-quality food safety standards. Eligible candidates should be 18+, have a HS diploma or equivalent, and be able to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 with a High school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years Bakery experience.
• Be able to work a flexible schedule including night, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with a positive attitude interacting with customers.
• Strong communication skills and ability to take direction in a team environment.
• Be able to answer phones and take special orders.
• Perform general housekeeping and sanitation in the department.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, bake, and package all baked goods.
• Assist Bakery Manager with preparing, baking, pricing, and merchandising baked goods.
• Provide high level of customer service and maintain cleanliness of the Bakery area.
• Stock, rotate, and ensure pricing accuracy of bakery items; discard spoiled items.
• Receive, inspect, and log shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring safety and compliance.
