Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Bakery Clerk to support bakery operations and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will assist in baking, packaging, stocking, and maintaining a clean bakery area while working closely with the Bakery Manager.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years bakery experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends. Join a team focused on healthy living and customer care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years Bakery experience.
• Be 18+ years old and reliable.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with good communication.
• Ability to take direction and work in a team environment.
• Operate bakery equipment safely and follow Food Handlers guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Bakery Manager in preparing, baking, packaging, pricing, and merchandising all baked goods.
• Provide high level customer service and ensure items are prepared, packaged, and presented cleanly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary bakery area and equipment.
• Stock, fill, face, price, and rotate bakery products; discard outdated items.
• Receive, inspect, and log products for shipment accuracy and quality.
• Support fast-paced store operations and customer requests.
