Qualifikationen

• Dependable with flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly, positive attitude, and able to interact with customers.
• Good communication and ability to take direction and work in a team.
• Able to answer phones and take special orders.
• Perform general housekeeping and sanitize work area.
• Operate bakery tools and weigh/label products.
• Stand up to 8 hours; lift up to 40 lbs.
• Adhere to safety and Weights & Measures regulations and hold Food Handlers permit.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Bakery Manager in preparing, baking, packaging, pricing, and merchandising all baked goods.
• Provide high level of customer service and ensure items are prepared, packaged, presented, and clean.
• Maintain clean, safe, sanitary bakery area and equipment including shelves, floors, and cases.
• Stock, fill, face, and ensure pricing accuracy; rotate products and discard outdated items.
• Receive, inspect, and log products for shipment temperature and quality.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
