Sprouts Farmers Market in Frisco, TX is seeking a Bakery Clerk to prepare and package baked goods while delivering exceptional customer service. You will support the Bakery Manager with pricing, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting bakery area.

The role requires 1–2 years bakery experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, plus the ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer service in a retail or bakery setting preferred.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with strong communication.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and follow directions.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package all baked goods.
• Assist Bakery Manager with baking, packaging, pricing and merchandising.
• Provide high level of customer service and maintain clean bakery area.
• Maintain cleanliness of shelves, floors and equipment; prevent spills.
• Stock, fill, and price items; rotate stock and discard spoiled products.
• Receive and inspect shipments for accuracy, temperature and quality.
• Assist in taking special orders and answering phones.
