Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Bakery Clerk to join our bakery team. You will assist in preparing, baking, and packaging a variety of baked goods while delivering friendly customer service.

In this fast-paced environment you will help maintain a clean, safe bakery area, rotate products, price items accurately, and support the Bakery Manager with daily tasks and merchandising. You may operate knives, scales, wrappers, and equipment while upholding high standards of quality and freshness.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ with high school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years bakery experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with customers and good communication.
• Ability to take direction and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Bakery Manager in preparing, baking, packaging, pricing, and merchandising all baked goods.
• Provide a high level of customer service and ensure items are prepared, packaged, and presented; keep the bakery area clean.
• Maintain a clean, safe, sanitary bakery area and equipment, including shelves, floors, cases, and tools.
• Stock, fill, face, and ensure pricing accuracy; rotate products and discard outdated items.
• Receive, inspect, and log products for shipment, temperature, and quality.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to team success.
