The role requires reliable schedule availability including nights and weekends, with a focus on accuracy and safety. Ideal candidates are 18+, with a HS diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years bakery experience; strong communication skills

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 with a high school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years bakery experience.
• Reliable with flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with strong customer service.
• Good communication and ability to take direction and work in a team.
• Able to answer phones and take special orders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package all baked goods and maintain presentation.
• Assist Bakery Manager with prep, packaging, pricing, and merchandising.
• Keep the bakery area clean, sanitary, and organized.
• Stock, rotate, and price bakery items; discard spoiled products.
• Receive, inspect, and log shipments for accuracy and quality.
