You will assist in prep and merchandising, maintain cleanliness, and help with pricing and inventory. The role requires 18+ years old, a HS diploma, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays; daily interactions with customers are essential.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 with HS diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years bakery experience.
• Reliable with flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing and friendly; strong customer interaction.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Ability to answer phones and take special orders.
• General housekeeping and sanitation duties in the department.
• Operate knives, scales, wrappers, compactors, garbage disposals, pallet jacks, and hand trucks; weigh and label products.
• Stand for long shifts and lift up to 40 lbs; long durations and varying movements.
• Follow safety, health, and Weights and Measures regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package all baked goods.
• Assist Bakery Manager with prep, baking, packaging, pricing, and merchandising.
• Provide high level of customer service and ensure proper presentation of items.
• Maintain clean, safe bakery area and equipment; keep shelves organized and floors clear.
