Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years Bakery experience or equivalent.
• Dependable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with strong communication and teamwork.
• Ability to handle phones, take special orders, and maintain cleanliness.
• Able to stand for long periods and move/load items safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bakery Manager in preparing, baking, packaging, pricing, and merchandising baked goods.
• Provide high level of customer service and present bakery items attractively.
• Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary bakery area and equipment; sweep and sanitize.
• Stock, face, and ensure pricing accuracy; rotate products and discard spoiled items.
• Receive, inspect, and log shipments for accuracy and quality.
