The GIANT Company in Martinsburg, WV is seeking a team member to support bakery operations at our store on Foxcroft Avenue. You will assist with cake decoration, frosting, order handling, and maintaining a clean, safe bakery area.

Responsibilities include reviewing shifts, following PPE and safety requirements, and ensuring proper storage of bakery items. Experience is preferred but not required, and compliance with company policies is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively to complete duties and follow company policies.
• Must demonstrate proper food safety and sanitation practices.
• Must be able to work with team members to complete tasks.
• 1 year of work experience or technical training preferred.

Responsabilités

• Review schedule and prepare for duties at shift start, comply with PPE requirements.
• Mix frosting, color frosting, make cones, load cones, frost cakes and decorate cakes.
• Take orders, complete orders, and store orders in bakery cooler.
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, display cases, floors and counters.
• Track and record loss.
• Maintain proper food safety and sanitation at all times.
