Job summary

The GIANT Company in Mechanicsburg is hiring for a Bakery Team Member. You will review the shift schedule, prepare supplies, follow PPE rules, frost and decorate cakes, take and store orders in the bakery cooler, and keep display cases clean.

You will also clean and sanitize surfaces, maintain safety and sanitation standards, and track loss. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and meet company requirements; 1 year of experience or technical training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at the start of the shift and prepare equipment and supplies.
• Frosting and decorating cakes; load and frost cakes; decorate with colored frosting.
• Take, complete, and store orders in the bakery cooler.
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces, tools, display cases, floors, and counters.
• Track and record loss.
• Demonstrate proper food safety and sanitation habits
