Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have valid identification.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate to complete job duties and safety policies.
• Must complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 60 days.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements for this position.
• Must be able to use or learn to use the equipment and tools required for this job.
• Must perform all job functions safely.
• Must meet company performance standards, including regular attendance.
• Must wear proper assigned clothes and shoes for this job.
• 1 year of work experience or technical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review the shift schedule and prepare needed equipment and PPE.
• Mix frosting, color frosting, decorate cakes, and prepare bakery items.
• Take, complete, and store bakery orders.
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, displays, floors, and counters.
• Track and record loss and follow food safety practices.
