Responsibilities

• Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies required for duties.
• Mix frosting, make cones, frost cakes, and decorate with colored frosting.
• Take and complete bakery orders, store orders in cooler.
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces and tools.
• Track and record loss.
• Demonstrate proper food safety and sanitation work habits.
