You will partner with the General Manager to oversee operations, delight guests daily, and drive business growth while hiring, training, and developing staff at the location.

You will inspire your team, uphold Panera's values, and ensure high standards of service, quality, and safety. This role requires flexibility, strong business sense, and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve).
• Proven ability to drive positive results through strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager by making key decisions and problem solving.
• Plan and manage staffing needs, shift scheduling, people development, and succession planning.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members while motivating and celebrating the team.
• Manage team performance to meet bakery-cafe goals, quality standards, and guest service expectations.
• Develop managers on Panera's Guiding Values & Behaviors and create subject matter experts.
