You will partner with the General Manager to hire, train, and develop staff while maintaining standards for quality, safety, and cost control.

You will engage with guests daily, coach team members, and optimize operations to ensure a warm and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+
• 1+ years restaurant management preferred
• ServSafe certification or ability to achieve
• Proven ability to drive positive results through business acumen
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends
• Background check required

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in key decisions and problem solving

• Hire, onboard, train, and motivate team members
