Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant General Manager experience preferred
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve)
• Proven ability to drive positive results through strong business acumen

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of leading bakery-cafe operations, including staffing, scheduling, performance management and development
• Hire, onboard and train team members, motivate and celebrate the team
• Manage performance to meet goals, quality standards, and exceptional guest service
• Develop managers on people processes and Panera's guiding values
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
• Maintain a safe, healthy workplace and manage costs and inventory
