Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, train new team members and motivate the entire team.
• Manage performance to meet goals, standards and guest service expectations.
• Develop managers on processes and Panera's Guiding Values & Behaviors.
• Ensure adherence to operational procedures and company strategies.
• Maintain guest satisfaction through food, service and staff quality.
