Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• 1+ year of restaurant management experience.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain.
• Proven ability to drive results with strong business acumen.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager with key decisions and problem solving.
• Plan and manage staffing, shift scheduling, and people development.
• Hire, onboard and train new team members; motivate and celebrate the team.
• Assist in managing performance to meet goals and guest service standards.
• Partner with GM to develop managers in people processes and Panera’s values.
• Ensure every guest is delighted by food, service and team.
• Follow procedures to execute company strategies and initiatives.
• Maintain safe, healthy workplace complying with regulations.
