Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking a Bakery Team Member to proof and bake unfinished goods, unpack from the freezer, and display items according to production charts in a fast-paced club setting.

You will rotate, label, price and package baked goods, receive shipments, maintain cleanliness, follow food-safety policies, and deliver friendly, helpful service to members while upholding GOLD standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in bakery or customer service preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Proofs and bakes unfinished bakery goods following product handling information using ovens and equipment.
• Gathers products for next business day and seals items.
• Packages freshly baked goods (cookies, pastries, muffins, breads, pies, cakes).
• Receives, inspects, and stores bakery shipments; rotates products.
• Decorates special orders; maintains cleanliness and safety standards.
