Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in New Jersey is seeking bakery team members to proof and bake unfinished bakery goods in line with product handling information and safety standards. You will unpack items from the freezer and display them according to production charts, ensuring proper handling and storage.

As part of the bakery team, you will help maintain cleaning and safety standards while delivering quality products. Weekly pay, member benefits, and a supportive work environment are provided.

Responsibilities

• Proofs and bakes unfinished bakery goods by following product handling information using ovens and/or other equipment.
• Unpacks bakery goods from the freezer and displays proper amounts based on bakery production chart recommendations, including safe handling and storage instructions.
• Maintains all cleaning and safety standards within the bakery department.
