Qualifications

• Experience in bakery or customer service preferred.
• Able to follow production and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Proofs and bakes unfinished bakery goods following product handling information.
• Unpacks bakery goods from the freezer and displays amounts per production chart.
• Packages freshly baked items, including cookies, pastries, muffins, breads, and more.
• Decorates special orders or case product.
• Rotates and stores bakery products following safety and quality policies.
• Receives, inspects, and stores bakery shipments.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitizes equipment and surfaces.
• Ensures products are fresh and properly priced.
• Gathers products for the next business day.
