Qualifications

• Experience working in a bakery or customer service oriented environment preferred.
• Knowledge of bakery products preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Proofs and bakes all unfinished bakery goods following product handling information.
• Unpacks bakery goods from the freezer and displays proper amounts.
• Maintains cleaning and safety standards in the bakery department.
• Gathers products for next day production and packaging.
• Generates labels and price tickets for bakery goods and ensures accurate pricing.
• Rotates and stores bakery products following safety and freshness policies.
