Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking an Assistant Bakery Manager to partner with the Bakery Manager in Charlotte, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and high-quality cake production. You will lead shifts, coach staff, manage daily operations, and help drive sales while upholding NbC standards and culture.

The role requires 1–3 years of guest-facing experience in retail or food service, strong communication, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college credit a plus.
• 1–3 years guest-facing experience in retail/food service, preferably with some leadership responsibilities.
• Proven ability to coach and develop team members, and to meet productivity goals.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; comfortable learning new tech.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bakery Manager in leading guest experience, cake production and merchandising.
• Support recruiting, training, directing daily work, and providing performance feedback.
• Help manage inventory, scheduling, and basic payroll processes.
• Co-manage special-order fulfillment for individuals and corporate accounts.
• Assist opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Contribute to local marketing efforts and brand-building events.
