Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking an Assistant Bakery Manager in New Jersey to partner with the Bakery Manager in delivering outstanding guest experiences and top-quality cakes. The role involves leading the team, maintaining NbC standards, and supporting sales and profitability across daily operations.

The position requires 1–3 years of guest-facing experience in a retail/food service environment, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college is a plus.
• 1-3 years of guest-facing experience in retail, restaurant or food service.
• Demonstrated success coaching others and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest experience and foster a positive work environment.
• Assist Bakery Manager in staffing, training and daily operations.
• Oversee cake production, merchandising and inventory control.
• Assist in scheduling, payroll processing and reporting.
