Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of guest-facing work in retail or foodservice, with the ability to delegate, communicate clearly, and stay highly organized. Flexibility for varied shifts supports success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education is a plus.
• 1-3 years of guest-facing experience in retail/foodservice, preferably in a lead role.
• Proven ability to coach others, train new team members and hit productivity goals.
• Basic proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook; comfortable learning new tech.
