Deer Valley Resort Company is seeking a Baker I for the Winter 2026-27 season in Park City, Utah. Responsibilities include preparing baked goods, presenting displays, and providing exceptional guest service in a fast-paced ski resort environment.

The role requires standing for long periods, ability to lift full sheet pans, and flexibility to work early mornings and evenings. Seasonal housing options and staff perks are available to qualifying employees.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 months of experience in baking or culinary school.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to lift and carry full sheet pans.
• Must be able to work a variety of shifts including early morning and evening shifts.
• Customer service and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in preparing baked goods and other items as needed, following the designated recipes and procedures.
• Display baked goods creatively and keep displays well-stocked, clean, and organized.
• Present a courteous attitude to guests, going out of the way to offer assistance, on the phone or in person.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

PURPOSE OF POSITION

The Baker I is responsible for assisting in the presentation, display, and production of baked goods and pastries, with an emphasis on quality, appearance, and service.
