Dunkin Donuts is seeking a Baker in Brownsville, TX to produce a wide range of donuts, breads, pastries, and other baked goods. The role requires self-motivation, adherence to a schedule, and the ability to work overnight and early morning hours with minimal supervision.

You will follow a daily par sheet, ensure quality, and uphold strict health department and Dunkin Donuts food safety standards. You may be asked to switch between bakery and other operation positions as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with the public in a friendly, upbeat and outgoing manner.
• Must be over 18 years of age and able to learn and use a wide array of baking and kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Follow site-specific / brand-specific procedures for offering consistent and quality customer experiences.
• Bake a wide range of donuts, breads, pastries and other baked products.
• Work overnight and early morning hours with little or no supervision; multi-task and stay on schedule.
• Follow and complete a daily par sheet; produce quality baked goods following Dunkin Donuts guidelines; maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
• Maintain strict health department and company food safety standards through proper handling and cleanliness.
• Take direction and adjust to changing par levels; be flexible to switch to other positions as needed.
