Job summary

Dunkin Donuts in the United States (Texas, Waco) seeks a Baker to prepare donuts, breads, pastries and other baked products. The role requires self-motivation, adherence to a schedule, multitasking, and the ability to work overnight and early morning hours with minimal supervision.

You will follow a daily par sheet, produce items to Dunkin Donuts guidelines, and uphold strict safety and cleanliness standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Bakers must be over 18 years of age and be able to use and learn a wide array of baking equipment and tools
• Strong communication and public interaction skills in a friendly, upbeat manner
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds; capable of bending and kneeling
• Ability to push/pull/stretch and continuous use of fingers and wrists
• Willingness to learn and use various baking and kitchen equipment

Responsibilities

• Follow site/brand procedures to ensure consistent, quality customer experiences
• Make a wide range of donuts, breads, pastries and other baked products
• Work on a schedule, multitask, and handle overnight and early morning hours with minimal supervision
• Follow daily par sheets; produce quality baked goods per guidelines and maintain safety and cleanliness
• Maintain health department and company food safety standards through proper handling and cleanliness
• Take direction and adjust to changing par levels
• Be able to work in other positions inside the operation as needed
