Role Responsibilities:

• Assist the Executive Chef/Dining Services Director in meal preparation and customer service.
• Coordinate communication among dining team and resident assistants.
• Work with the Connections Director and Sales/Marketing in planning and executing special events.
• Maintain records and complete administrative tasks.
• Follow safety regulations including fire safety, infection control, and equipment safety.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma and experience in culinary arts or food service.
• Knowledge of volume food preparation and operation of food service equipment.
