Job Summary

Prepare food according to standards, ensuring quality and safety, and provide excellent food service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Prepare high-quality food following standardized recipes and instructions.
2. Serve meals with proper portioning, temperature, and presentation; taste all prepared food.
3. Use correct ticketing procedures and maintain records during service.
4. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas, adhering to safety standards.
5. Operate and maintain kitchen equipment properly.
6. Assist with production planning, record keeping, and inventory management.
7. Report maintenance issues or accidents immediately.
8. Attend safety and in-service meetings.
9. Maintain positive working relationships with staff and customers.
10. Follow safety protocols, including proper use of protective equipment and safe lifting techniques.

Additional duties include ensuring proper food presentation, portion control, and temperature maintenance, following HACCP standards, and adhering to company policies.
