Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake daily items (e.g., breads, pastries) according to established recipes and production schedules.
• Prepare ingredients and recipes for other menu items such as sandwich fillings, syrups, garnishes, and more.
• Assist with prep work such as scaling ingredients, portioning, mixing batters or doughs, and labeling.
• Maintain high standards for product quality, portion consistency, and presentation.
• Follow food safety and sanitation protocols (proper storage, labeling, cleaning, etc.).
• Communicate proactively with the team about ingredient needs, equipment issues, or timing adjustments.
• Support overall kitchen operations including cleaning, maintaining inventory, and organization.

• Prior commercial baking or kitchen experience highly preferred

SALARY & BENEFITS

• Starting salary: $23-26.00/hour before tips ($26-28 with tips), based on experience
