Job summary

Culinary Dropout, part of Fox Restaurant Concepts, is hiring for a Baker. The position supports high-volume service with duties including bread and pastry prep, portioning, and strict adherence to food safety. Weekend availability and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare bread and pastry recipes from scratch.
• Portion product and follow recipes.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards. Work clean.
• Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment.
• Availability to work weekends and some holidays.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant.

Please join us for job fair on Monday 9/28 - Sunday 10/18 (NO Sunday 10/4 & 10/11). Hours are Monday to Saturday 10:00am - 6:00pm and Sunday 11:00am - 4:00pm at 15220 Bowl St. We are excited to join The Bowl at Ballantyne this fall!
