Job summary

Culinary Dropout is hiring a server for The Bowl at Ballantyne location. Job fair runs from 9/28 to 10/18 with no Sundays on 10/4 & 10/11; hours 10:00am–6:00pm Mon–Sat and 11:00am–4:00pm Sun at 15220 Bowl St. We’re excited to join The Bowl at Ballantyne this fall!

Join a fast-paced Fox Restaurant Concepts brand known for hospitality and energy. Must have 1+ year high-volume restaurant experience, excellent communication, ability to stand for long periods, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1+ year high-volume restaurant experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Know the menu and provide genuine recommendations
• Maintain clean tables and dining area
• Calmly manage in high-volume environment
• Respond to guest requests with poise
• Be available to work weekends and some holidays
• Familiarity with POS systems and OpenTable or similar tools

Responsibilities

• Provide great hospitality by going above and beyond for every guest
• Know the menu and make genuine recommendations
• Keep tables and dining area clean and organized
• Perform calmly in a high-volume environment
• Respond to on-the-fly requests with ease and poise

What you’ll do:

• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
