Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Baker Assistant to ensure high-quality cakes are baked to order in a fast-paced environment. You will follow NbC recipes, operate commercial ovens, and assist with cleaning, sanitation and inventory to keep the bakery running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• No formal education required, but bakery/foodservice experience is a plus.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Follow proprietary NbC recipes and bake cakes to specification.
• Operate ovens and bakery equipment with attention to timing and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstation and tools.
• Assist in ingredient prep, packaging, and inventory tracking as needed.
• Support team and ensure health and safety guidelines are followed.
