Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking an Assistant Baker to support the Baker in producing high-quality cakes in a fast-paced environment. You will follow NbC recipes, prepare ingredients, monitor ovens, and assist with packaging, labeling, and storage while maintaining strict health and safety standards.

Training will take place at our West Bloomfield, MI location for 2-3 weeks, after which you will contribute to daily baking and production flows and uphold NbC core values and guest-focused service.

Qualifications

• Is able to understand written and oral directions and recipes.
• Is able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Follows NbC recipes and cake production methods with precision.
• Assists baker with preparing ingredients and placing cake pans into ovens.
• Assists with daily baking, production flow, and packaging of cakes.
• Maintains proper labeling, storage, and rotation of baked products.
• Maintains cleanliness and restocks workstation; follows health and safety guidelines.
