Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Bakery Baker to produce high-quality cakes following NbC recipes and safety standards. You will operate commercial ovens, measure ingredients, prepare supplies, and monitor baking times to ensure consistent quality across flavors and sizes.

You will also assist in labeling, packaging, and inventory, while maintaining cleanliness and adherence to health guidelines. Flexibility for varying shifts, including weekends, is required to meet demand.

Qualifications

• Understand written recipes and health/safety rules.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand long hours.
• Experience in bakery or foodservice is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow NbC recipes and production methods with precision.
• Use measuring tools and bakery equipment to bake cakes.
• Prepare ingredients, load pans, and monitor baking process.
• Package, label, and store baked cakes per standards.
• Assist in production planning and inventory monitoring.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation, logs, and dress code.
